Description

Dudley MBC invites tenders for internal painting and decorating to Council housing, communal areas of high rise, low rise and warden controlled accommodation and internal social decoration works for eligible tenants. The contract will predominantly deliver internal painting and decorating works associated with responsive repairs, programmed and void works undertaken by Dudley MBC's Housing Management Team. The contract shall also include internal decoration to communal areas to flatted properties and sheltered accommodation to maintain the 'Class O' fire retarded surfaces, and internal decoration to various rooms in properties let to tenants eligible for social decorations. The contract shall also allow for dealing with removal of graffiti to housing assets. The Contract will also include option for provision of decoration works to other Council buildings, although this is not the main purpose of the Contract.

But you are required to answer the optional questions detailed within the PAS 91 Completion Instructions (tables 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13). If you are not registered on Constructionline you can still participate and will need to complete the PAS 91 questionnaire in accordance with the Completion Instructions.
