• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives), • Low rise work (hand or machine), • Emergency responsive call out work, • Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties. • Asbestos removal • Site remediation • Waste removal/disposal • Full or partial dismantlement of buildings or structures using mechanical or hand demolition techniques. • Temporary structural support to building elements (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) • Reinstatement of building elements if demolition is not a feasible option. Provide during and out-of-working hours emergency response including: • To secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access. … • To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) • To remove or secure minor hazardous building elements, which pose a threat to public safety, for example but not limited to:  Loose tiles and slates  Shards of glass hanging from window frames  Loose guttering or downpipes 2. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours including: • To clear building of chattels and fittings as required • To secure buildings to restrict unauthorised access • To provide access for surveys and inspections • To re-secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access • To remove hazardous building elements which pose a threat to public safety
