Description
This Tender is for a single service point of access to advocacy services in Bromley for the following forms of Advocacy: Care Act Advocacy; Independent Mental Health Advocacy; Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Children’s Advocacy and Independent Health Complaints Advocacy as well as the non-statutory provision of Learning Disabilities Advocacy.
Total Quantity or Scope
The London Borough of Bromley ('The Council') is inviting tenders for the provision of an independent Advocacy Service for the residents of Bromley. All applications must be made through the London Tenders Portal only and not to the contact details contained in this notice. Additional information: There is an option to extend the contract at the Council's discretion for a period of up to two years from 1.4.2028 to 31.3.2030.

Evaluation of the criteria for quality issues etc. will also include the operation of a minimum score thresholds. If a proposal received a score below the required threshold then the bid may not be considered further.
