Legal Justification
The contractor currently providing these services is no longer in a position to perform the contract which has resulted in termination. This unforeseeable event has resulted in the Association having to urgently appoint a new contractor to maintain the service to meet their regulatory requirements. The Association entered into negotiation with the second placed tenderer from the original procurement, who agreed to comply with the original contract conditions.
