Description

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to establish a maximum of 5 Framework Agreements for the provision of Contingent Resource required to support decommissioning activities on the Dounreay Site. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be a maximum of 4 years and should commence in March 2023. The estimated value of the Contract over its lifetime is £15M however, DSRL does not commit to any guarantee of any volume of work being awarded by call-off contracts via this Framework Agreement.

Total Quantity or Scope

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to establish a maximum of 5 Framework Agreements for the Provision of Contingent Resource required to support decommissioning activities on the Dounreay Site. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be a maximum of 4 years (2+1+1) and should commence in March 2023. The estimated value of the Contract over its lifetime is £15M, however, DSRL does not commit to any guarantee of any volume of work being awarded by call-off contracts via this Framework Agreement.The scope of services for the Framework Agreement comprises:Candidate Sourcing:Demonstrable search and sourcing capabilityProvision of an e-recruitment platform or interface to facilitate recruitment and on boarding processesIdentification, implementation and delivery of innovative and realistic ways of working together with DSRL to add value and ensure continuous improvement over the duration of the frameworkSalary benchmarking and market analysisEnd to End Recruitment:Provision of candidate long and short listsAbility to facilitate aptitude and ability testing as appropriate to the job roleCandidate management process during and post selection process - including feedback, offer management and termination both Natural and Early terminationManagement of the end-to-end sourcing process from the receipt of a requisition for an ASW resource to managing the payment of fees and expenses to the individual ASW hiredEfficient and sustainable back office capabilitiesVetting ProcessProvision of Management InformationDemonstration of Suitably Qualified and Experienced (SQEP) resource.Although, the Framework Agreement has a duration of four years, the initial award will be for a period of two years (March 2023 to March 2025. Thereafter, two further one year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of DSRL. Any extension to the initial two year period will be based upon the continued requirement of the Framework Agreement and the performance of the individual Contractors. Additional information: Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is the site licence company responsible for the clean-up and demolition of Britain's former centre of fast reactor research and development.DSRL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). It is funded by the NDA to deliver the site closure programme.

Renewal Options

Two further one year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of DSRL. Any extension to the initial two year period will be based upon the continued requirement of the Framework Agreement and the performance of the individual Contractors.
