Description

Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board are inviting interested parties to attend a Market Engagement event on 27th September 2022 for the provision of assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions for Children and Young People, including but not limited to; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in children and young people who do not have a learning disability. These services are to be provided across Norfolk and Waveney. The Neurodevelopmental diagnostic service waiting list initiative is an interim service response to address current waiting lists for assessment and diagnosis.

1 NDD Services, Children Under 7 years of age

The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of a diagnostic service that ensures that children with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs. This service will be for children under 7 years of age.
2 NDD Services, Children and Young People (7-12years)

The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of: a diagnostic service that ensures that children and young people with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs This service will be for children aged between 7 and 12years
3 NDD Services, Children and Young People (13-18years)
  • Value: £400K

The service will assess and confirm the diagnosis of a neuro-developmental condition/s and assess the degree to which symptoms affect the individual’s life through provision of: a diagnostic service that ensures that children and young people with a neuro developmental condition have a comprehensive, holistic shared treatment plan that addresses psychological, behavioural, and occupational or educational needs. This service will be for young people aged 13-18years

Renewal Options

The contract will have an initial term of 1 years and may have the option of a years' extension subject to funding being identified.
