European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) is issuing an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for provision of Atlassian Data Centre Licences and associated IT professional services. In submitting this notice ECMWF does not waive the privileges and immunities granted to it by virtue of its status as an Intergovernmental Organisation or submit itself to any jurisdiction.
