Description

The Council established a county wide framework agreement for the provision of home support in 2019 and now wishes to re-open the framework agreement to new providers. The framework agreement provides the over-arching mechanism for arranging individual packages of care, rounds of packages, committed volumes in particular areas or specialisms and bespoke arrangements, which focus on a particular issue/problem.

Legal Justification

This is a framework for social care, which was established under the LTR. The Council is exercising the flexibility that this gives to award for a longer term and periodically re-open the framework agreement.
