Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works

NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works. Lot 1 of the Framework Agreement and will provide a turnkey solution for the whole deployment of low carbon retrofit programmes on behalf of the Contracting Authority within domestic and non-domestic properties using available funding. It is NEPO's intention to include sub-lots for domestic and non-domestic provision, each sub-lot will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the Invitation To Tender (ITT) documents. Additional information: It is anticipated this Framework Agreement will commence 16 January 2023 for an initial period of 30-months, with optional extensions of up to 24-months.
