Description

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority are undertaking Market Research into systems which are available on the market, covering Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) Software. Dorset and Wiltshire Service (DWFRS) have an existing developed HRMIS system through Notes and now wish to integrate more using office 0365.

Total Quantity or Scope

DWFRS initially developed an internal HRMIS system approximately 15 to 20 years ago and it is specific and bespoke to the service. It integrates with many other internal systems including Lotus Notes. DWFRS also undertook a project to integrate Office 0365 into the service, and as part of this project, Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) are now looking to utilise office 0365 more within the service. This requirement is for Market Research for suppliers who can offer a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) HRMIS software system, to register an interest through the Bluelight System through the following link. https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?timeout=1&target=%2Finsidemain%2Easp if a supplier is not registered on Bluelight, they will need to do so in order to register an interest and this is free for suppliers to register. Suppliers should download the Appendix 1 which will provide further Background and information related to the scope and will require completion of Appendix 2 – Questionnaire. There will be an opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate their HRMIS software system and all documents and interest needs to be received by the closing date of 31st October 2022 by midday. Responses must be forwarded to Gill.worthington@dwfire.org.uk prior to this date. Any received after this time/date will not be progressed. Suppliers who provide a system which requires Development will also not be taken forward to provide a demo, Demo dates will be booked on a first come first serve basis after the closing date and provided that all required appendices are completed and received. Suppliers should provide contact emails details so that DWFRS can provide alternative demo time/ dates if suppliers preferred time has been taken.
