River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Water Quality Testing & Monitoring Services and Remedial Works to properties under its control.

Total Quantity or Scope

River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Water Quality Testing & Monitoring Services and Remedial Works to properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: Hot Water Services Cold Water Services Microbiological Testing Risk Assessments Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal Options

The contract will run for an initial 2-year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
