Description

The works comprise the refurbishment of local authority park tennis courts and include: 1. Painting courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate; 2.Resurfacing courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate. Works will be delivered on a design & build basis under JCT MWD 2016/SBCC MWD2016 and the Contractor will be expected to act in the role of Lead and Principal Designer. A National framework will be established with the award of single provider frameworks by region (lot). Works will be awarded by Direct Award procedure. The works comprise the refurbishment of local authority park tennis courts and include: 1.
