Description

The Provision of Occupational Health Services, including but not limited to the provision of a range of clinical services including baseline health screenings, routine medicals, management referrals, physiotherapy and musculo-skeletal case management advice, post incident advice, LGV medicals, workplace assessments, health screenings and advice on ill-health retirements.

Renewal Options

The contract will run for an initial period of three (3) years and have the option for extension for a further period of four (4) years comprising two (2) extension periods of two (2) years each at the Commissioner’s discretion
