Provision of Full Facilities Management Services for British Embassy Beirut - This tender is divided into three (3) lots, namely: LOT 1: Cleaning Services (Manpower & Consumables), Waste Management Services, Preventive and Reactive Maintenance Services for Electrical & Mechanical Equipment, Maintenance Services for Waste Management; LOT 2: Swimming Pool Maintenance; LOT 3: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Maintenance; and Water Treatment Plant and Ad Hoc Handyman Services Bidders may participate in one, two or all of the lots identified above. The Authority reserves the right to award to more than one (1) supplier.
