Description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a £200m (ex VAT) national framework agreement for four years, to replace the existing Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework. The proposed framework will comprise of two lots: Lot One (£140m) is for multidisciplinary technical and professional services. Lot Two (£60m) is for place-making, masterplanning and design services. Any organisation, or consortium, can apply to be a supplier if they can deliver all of the required services across England. Interested Suppliers should look carefully at the procurement documentation. Individual appointments will either be via direct award or further competition. Our Development and Regeneration Technical Services framework will used by Homes England and also be made available to other public bodies as part of Homes England's enabling role which include but not limited to : - central government departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, - non-departmental public bodies, - NHS bodies, - local authorities, - registered providers, - health, - police, - fire and rescue, - education, - charities and devolved administrations. Construction, Design, and Management and Health & Safety Services 7. Town and Country Planning Services 8. Stakeholder and Community Engagement and Social Value Services 9. Masterplanning Services including Urban Design and Architecture 10. Landscape Design and Ecology Services 11. Environment and Sustainability Services 12. Structural and Civil Engineering Services 13. Heritage and Townscape Services NON-MANDATORY SERVICES Asbestos Services It is envisaged that there will be 18 suppliers appointed for Lot 1.

Lot 2: Place-Making, Masterplanning & Design Services (£60m) A place-making focussed lot to provide support including but not limited to: 1. Town and Country Planning Services 2. Stakeholder and Community Engagement and Social Value Services 3. Masterplanning Services including Urban Design and Architecture 4. Landscape Design and Ecology Services It is envisaged that there will be 8 suppliers appointed for Lot 2.
