Description

The Housing Executive requires Contractor(s) for the provision a Furniture Collection, Storage and Delivery Service as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Conditions of Contract included with the tender documents. The Service in terms of collection, storage and delivery is restricted geographically to within Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) Lots: a) Lot One – Belfast Region b) Lot Two – North Region c) Lot Three – South Region. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all three Lots.

1 Belfast Region
  • Value: £5M

Additional information: The estimated value of this Lot, stated above, has been calculated over the potential four (4) year Framework Agreement period. The estimated value of this Lot per annum is £1.2m.
2 North Region
  • Value: £3M

Additional information: The estimated value of this Lot, stated above, has been calculated over the potential four (4) year Framework Agreement period. The estimated value of this Lot per annum is £800k.
3 South Region
  • Value: £3M

Additional information: The estimated value of this Lot, stated above, has been calculated over the potential four (4) year Framework Agreement period. The estimated value of this Lot per annum is £850k.

Renewal Options

The Housing Executive can invite the Contractor(s) to agree to extend their place on the Framework Agreement for any period up to and including 24 months commencing from the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date. This offer to extend the Framework Agreement is entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive.
