The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to undertake renovation works at number of tennis courts sites outlined below; - Northwood Rec Ground, Northwood- Courts 1-4. No work required at Court No.5. - Rosedale Park, Hayes- 6 courts - Harmondsworth Rec Ground, Harmondsworth - 2 courts - Swakeleys Park, Swakeleys Drive, Ickenham - 2 courts - Cavendish Rec Ground, Ruislip - 5 courts - Hillingdon Court Park, Hillingdon - 4 courts - Moorhall Recreation Ground- 3 courts The contract commencement date is 23rd January 2023, and all works are required to be substantially completed before 31st March 2023 Tenderers are to note that the scope of works required maybe subject to change.
