Description

ExtraCare is seeking to appoint a single service provider to undertake fire risk assessments and associated services across ExtraCare locations and retail shops. Our locations are a unique model that offer independent living for our residents and care if it is required, ranging from large villages to smaller schemes that have apartments and a number of communal areas for residents and external visitors to use. Our aim is therefore to not only have a qualified and competent supplier and assessors carrying out the risk assessments and associated services, but those who understand the unique nature of our locations and retail units.

Renewal Options

The Contract is intended to start on 01 April 2023 or as otherwise agreed. The contract will have an initial firm period of three years, with an option to extend for a further two years.
