Description

It is Southside Housing Association Ltd.’s intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their Electrical Safety and Portable Appliance Testing Contract in Glasgow South. All works to be in accordance with the Current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.

Total Quantity or Scope

The works comprise the inspection, identification and locating of faults and remedial works to Electrical Installations and Portable Appliance Testing within low, medium and high-rise residential properties. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal Options
