Description

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement of Fire Doorsets at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital ( 10 ) and Victoria Hospital, Deal (9 ). Bidders must be: • Constructionline registered with a minimum 'Silver' verified status • The Bidder must be registered with UKAS or similarly qualified body or able to provide details of third-party accreditation to be used to certify fire doors • The Bidder must have successfully carried out similar type of work at operational healthcare or hospital buildings (NHS or Private) in a 'live environment' or other public sector buildings within the last 5 years. This project is tendered in accordance with the principles of JCT Tendering 2017 with Alternative 1 being dominant when dealing with arithmetical errors.
