Total Quantity or Scope

The proposed scope has been identified as the provision of planned and preventative building maintenance services, removal of office waste and recycling, window cleaning, delivery of project management of minor works and capital works. In addition to these services, an optional service, which can be called off at our discretion, Professional estates advice.

The contract is retendered every five years.
