Description

On behalf of SMP Alliance working with Highways England (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we require earthworks providers to be appointed into our SMP Alliance. The requirement covers all people, plant and equipment to carry out earthworks in the smart motorway environment. Providers will be asked to select preferred region of operation. Opportunities will be primarily in the Midlands and North West, with potential for works in South. The main contract documents are available to view on Contracts Finder. To register your interest in these works your organisation must hold as a minimum: Constructionline , Achilles BC Level 4 or CAS 1 day audit.

You must also provide with your registration two case studies and two references, where your organisation has completed earthworks in the Smart Motorways environment. The period for registering interest closes on 24th June 2021 at noon. Shorlisted suppliers will be issued tenders with a three week return period. Scoring will be carried out within 2 weeks of return date.
