Description

On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services are tendering a national DPS for use by any UK contracting authority wishing to procure construction, repair, maintenance or improvement works, supplies and services, and all associated works supplies and services, in relation to any asset class of property, anywhere in the UK.

Total Quantity or Scope

Projects may be single or multi-site projects, programmes or term contracts depending on the scale and requirement of each contracting authority.

Renewal Options

The DPS will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length until such time as B2G serves notice of termination.

Suppliers may specify their preferences in terms of region, project value and work type including but not limited to roofing, insulation, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrics, painting, decorating, adaptations, scaffolding, groundworks, landscaping, demolition, security, cleaning, waste collection and disposal. To optimise efficiency and compliance in both procurement and delivery of a project, this DPS is designed to be used in tandem with B2G frameworks where a significant part of the project may be sub-contracted, and in which case the B2G framework supplier may assign it in whole or part to their approved / specialist contractor registered on the DPS, who then contracts with the authority under the DPS and delivers the works, supplies and or services under the auspices of the B2G framework supplier, who continues to oversee delivery of the project. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** B2G.services are tendering and managing this framework on behalf of Gold Hill HA, who have tasked us with supporting contracting authorities across the UK and their chosen suppliers to build and maintain public property under their ownership or management and, in so doing, to deliver both commercial and social value.
