Description

The framework is scheduled to commence from 1st April 2023. The framework shall consist of eight Lots. Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) welcomes bids from the open solicitor market in order for solicitor firms to be offered a place on to the framework. Solicitors are invited to submit a bid for any number of Lots. There is no limit on the number of Lots of which solicitors can be allocated.

Supply of legal services in relation to the Treasury department.
4 Human Resources

Supply of legal services in relation to human resources.

Supply of legal services in relation to business assurance.
6 Procurement

Supply of legal services in relation to procurement.
7 Divestment

Supply of legal services in relation to divestment.
8 Leasehold Management

Supply of legal services in relation to leasehold management.

Renewal Options

This contract notice relates to the development of a Legal Services framework scheduled to start on 1st April 2023 for four years. The framework will replace the current Legal Services framework expiring on 31st March 2023.
