Legal Justification

NHS SBS will be extending the original framework agreement for Insourcing of Clinical Support Services for a period of four months. The new expiry date of the agreement shall be 30 April 2023. This modification is made under regulation 72(1)(e) of the Public Contract's Regulations 2015 (non-substantial). NHS SBS is currently evaluating the new framework agreement; this modification is needed to ensure patient services are not impacted.
