Description
This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for people who live within the Sheffield boundary, who are of Working Age (aged 16 or over), and who have disabilities, and/or long-term health conditions. It will enable people to obtain support within the home and/or activities and support outside the home.

2 | Opportunities Outside the Home - Day Opportunities
This Specification sets out Sheffield City Council’s requirements to commission through this Framework Agreement, a broad range of Opportunities Outside the Home, that will be based on community access / outreach and/or building-based activities. These opportunities will enable people to have a choice and be able to participate in a wide variety of activities that are based around people’s needs and wishes. |
3 | Overnight Short Breaks
This lot includes overnight short breaks that meets the variety of needs specified in the overarching specification and delivered in a community type accommodation setting for example detached, semi-detached or terraced style housing. The focus of this service would be around enrichment and building independence, potentially as a precursor to an individual moving into supported living longer term. |
