South Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to select and appoint one Contractor to perform and deliver electrical testing, maintenance and repairs, upgrading, rewiring, installation of electrical heating apparatus, emergency lighting, fire and Co detection, EV charging and renewable technology within its domestic general needs, sheltered housing stock to include Void properties, block structures and communal facilities across the district. The estimated contract value is for WTO threshold only and the value and volume cannot be guaranteed due to the varied nature of this contract.

Renewal Options

The Contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend each and every year for a further 5 years at the discretion of SCDC Option to extend each and every year for a further 5 years at the discretion of SCDC
