Minor Disrepair Works Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of minor disrepairs works on residential properties Swindon Borough Council has a responsibility for under tenancy agreements. Project Description The project includes but is not limited to, plastering, joinery, bathroom installations, painting, decorating, and other general building requirements as shown in the specification schedule. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, and then register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
