Description

The service will provide high quality sexual health advice, care and information to young people living or using services in Hounslow. The provider should promote all services through various platforms, including but not limited to, the education circular, Public Health News Letter, Hounslow Education Partnership, Education Leads in Hounslow, and school staff including heads of schools, PSHE staff, school nurses and medical welfare staff.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service will use data collection and analysis proactively to drive improvement, insight and innovation. There should be routine collection and monitoring of demographic data, including of protected characteristics, in terms of service access and patterns of service use, risk and outcomes, identifying any gaps or trends in needs between different groups to support better targeting of interventions and meeting need. The Provider should use the You’re Welcome quality criteria to ensure all elements of the service is young people friendly.
