Description

Through the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), the UK has a well-established Intellectual Property regime for protecting and incentivising creativity and innovation to help businesses and the economy grow. However, it has been recognised that the IPO has a significant opportunity to transform the way it delivers its services to maximise its effectiveness and to help maintain its position as a global leader in the management of IP. In order to realise this opportunity the IPO commenced Phase One of a Transformation programme in January 2021.
