Description

Hull City Council (HCC) seeks tender submissions from experienced providers for the purposes of the provision of a rough sleeper outreach service. HCC is seeking interested and qualified Providers to supply and deliver its Rough Sleeper Outreach Service by entering in to a 2 year contract.
