| 1 | Cleaning Services The Embassy requires a proactive approach in the day-to-day cleaning of the Embassy office building and all associated properties, including four (4) staff villas located in the compound, Madinat Qaboos (MQ) Houses and three (3) leased properties. |
| 2 | Gardening Services The Embassy requires a proactive approach in the day-to-day gardening of the Embassy Compound and all associated properties, including four (4) staff villas, Madinat Qaboos (MQ) Houses and three (3) leased properties. |
| 3 | Pest Control Services Pest control treatment must be done in the external and internal areas in both the Embassy compounds and leased properties as well. The Contractor will approach pest control through Habitat Control Plans to reduce known breeding grounds; Contact Reduction Plans to reduce pest entry points into warehouses, storage units, accommodation and other facilities; deploy food safe chemicals to all risk locations. |
