Description

The scope of the contract is the provision of legal services to the Pioneer Group. The contract is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 •Governance •Corporate •Human Resources •Finance & Securitisation •Development Lot 2 •Property Management •Asset Management •Housing Management •Home Ownership •Commercial Properties Bidders may bid for 1 lot or both lots. Each lot shall be evaluated independently. It is envisaged that the contract with the Successful Bidder in each lot shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at the Pioneer Group's sole discretion for a further period of up to 1 year, giving a total potential term of up to 4 years. The estimated Contract commencement date is May 2023.
