Description

KWL are seeking to procure a minimum of 6 suppliers for the supply of External Painting Services. This service is required for domestic properties which are maintained on behalf of Hull City Council. The contract has an estimated annual spend of £1.3 Million over 48 weeks of the year. It is a mandatory requirement that tenderers have fully functioning business premises within the HU range of postcodes.

Total Quantity or Scope

KWL carry out repairs and maintenance works owned by Hull City Council. We require a minimum of 6 suppliers to provide external painting services to the properties detailed within the main tender documents. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume of frequency of orders made to any supplier. The supplier must note that the service provided is not an exclusive arrangement and in order to meet the conditions of our contracts, KWL may seek other suppliers in the event of service failure. The contract will be for a 2 year period commencing 07.03.2023 with the option to extend by a further year. The award of contracts shall be carried out within KWL's procurement policy.
