Description
The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) have established a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works. NEPO envision a Framework Agreement which is flexible in its approach, offering comprehensive access to Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works either as a package solution via Lot 1 - Retrofit and Decarbonisation Partner; or via individual installers Lots 2-15. All Lots 1-15, where applicable, will have sub-Lots for domestic and non-domestic provision. It is NEPO's intention that the Framework Agreement will provide a compliant route to market for Contracting Authorities to appoint Suppliers under JCT and NEC Standard Form Contracts. It is anticipated that this Framework Agreement will be utilised for funded projects, including but not limited to, BEIS, Homes England, Sustainable Warmth Competition (Home Upgrade Grant Phase (HUG) and Local Authority Delivery scheme (LAD)), Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), SALIX via the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) and UK Infrastructure Bank, other variants and others, although the detail of this is currently unknown. NEPO does not give any guarantee and/or warrant the actual value of orders (if any) which will be placed with the successful suppliers by any Contracting Authority using the Framework Agreement pursuant to this process and accepts no liability thereof.
