We will aim to deliver these schemes in priority areas which cover a significant part of the country Regional Lot 2 - Architectural & Associated Services - South (maximum x6 suppliers) The processes for the selection of a Consultant Team for each project will be based upon either direct award (to highest bidder of each lot based on agreed criteria i.e. % of work/availability of resource) or through a mini-tender competition. The Form of Agreement for Appointments under the Framework will be included in the Appendices to this tender.
