Anchor Hanover are looking to develop mutually beneficial, long term partnerships with practices that provide the following services:- Lot 1 - Architectural & Associated Services - North Lot 2 - Architectural & Associated Services - South Lot 3 - Structural Engineering Services - North Lot 4 - Structural Engineering Services - South Lot 5 - Employers Agent and Cost Consultant - North Lot 6 - Employers Agent and Cost Consultant - South Lot 7 - Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services - North Lot 8 - Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services - South Lot 9 - CDM - Principal Designer - National Lot 10 - Planning Consultancy Services - National The aim is to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement.

2 | Architectural & Associated Services - South
Anchor's development strategy seeks to deliver 5700 new homes over a 10 year period. The focus is on developing retirement communities of 60+ homes for sale and rent where people can live healthily and happily in later life. We will aim to deliver these schemes in priority areas which cover a significant part of the country Regional Lot 2 - Architectural & Associated Services - South (maximum x6 suppliers) The processes for the selection of a Consultant Team for each project will be based upon either direct award (to highest bidder of each lot based on agreed criteria i.e. % of work/availability of resource) or through a mini-tender competition. The Form of Agreement for Appointments under the Framework will be included in the Appendices to this tender. It is intended that the Framework will meet the needs of Anchor Hanover Group across both the development of new build schemes and planned investment in redeveloping or improving existing schemes. |
3 | Structural Engineering Services - North
