Description

Merseyrail is seeking a proven Supplier for the Facilities Management Services Contract. The opportunity is split into two (2) lots: Lot 1 - Hard Facilities Management Services Lot 2 - Soft Facilities Management Services The deadline for expressions of interest is the 13th of February at 12:00 Noon and the deadline for the Selection Questionnaire submissions is the 03rd of March at 12:00 Noon.

Lot Division

1 Hard Facilities Management Services

Services under Lot 1 shall consist of but is not limited to: - Asset Management - Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) - Reactive Maintenance and minor Project Works to a range of assets including mechanical, electrical, building fabric, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), civil engineering and site furniture assets. - Grounds Maintenance - Painting - Adverse Weather Services - Helpdesk, Management and Central Support Function - Pest Control - Legionella
2 Soft Facilities Management Services

Services under Lot 2 shall consist of but is not limited to: - General Cleaning - Flooring - Stairs, Escalators and Lifts - Furniture, Fittings and Equipment - Internal Finishes, Skirting, Walls and Ceiling - Windows - Toilets, Showers and Rest Rooms - Kitchenettes, Food Preparation Areas and Food Storage - External Areas - Waiting Rooms and Shelters - Reactive Cleaning Services

Renewal Options

The opportunity will be let to provide Facilities Management services to the end of the concession with Merseytravel in 2028. This will be for 4 years to the end of the Merseytravel Concession in 2028. However, in the event the concession with Merseytravel is extended beyond July 2028, Merseyrail reserve the right to extend the contract to a maximum duration of 6 years to support with the handover of the concession.
