To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a contract on a Design & Build basis to a single main supplier or a consortium led by a managing supplier to cover the whole construction programme. The design and construction works, which comprise of construction of a new services depot comprising an office block, workshop and store/workshop in one linked building. The majority of the accommodation will be at ground floor level with a store and plant area at first floor level over part of the workshop. In addition the development will provide independent structures for a bike shed, bin store, smoking shelter and external stores, together with parking areas, access roads, materials storage area, fuel store area, drainage, landscaping and incoming services.
