Consortium Procurement (CP) is the central purchasing body of Northern Housing Consortium. CP procure PCR and EU compliant solutions on behalf of circa 400 public sector members across the UK, and are currently in the process of developing a Passenger Lifts Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
