Description

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS SBS intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Integrated Sexual Health Services and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Our Approved Organisation list can be found on: https://sbs.nhs.uk/proc-framework-agreements-support We are committed to working with suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value and there will be a significant weighting on these elements in the tender.

1 Sexually Transmitted Infections Testing and Treatment

This lot aims to provide a full service solution for the provision of STI testing and treatment including but not limited to; home remote sampling and online test kits, initiation of PrEP, Contact tracing, digital pathology & lab, postal testing kits (HIV & Syphilis, Chlamydia, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhoea)
2 Contraceptive Services

This lot aims to provide a full service solution for the provision of contraception. This lot does not cover the provision of contraceptive goods or consumables.
3 Termination of Pregnancy

This lot aims to provide a full service solution for the provision of Termination of Pregnancy including but not limited to; abortion and aftercare, foetal anomaly pathways.
4 Sexual Health Vaccinations

This lot aims to provide a full service solution for the provision of vaccinations relating to sexual health including but not limited to; Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Monkeypox.
5 Sexual Health Support Services

This lot aims to provide a full service solution for the provision of sexual health support services including but not limited to; psychosexual counselling, Domestic and sexual violence services (including CSE screening and referral), CHEMSEX, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) specialist advice and care, Public Health Promotion, Text and Telephone support.
6 Integrated Sexual Health Managed Service Solution

This lot aims to provide a fully managed integrated service solution for Sexual Health. This lot is for bidders who are able to provide a full service solution and covers all aspects in lots 1-5 of this framework agreement. Bidders are expected to have a physical and online offering and also have CQC accreditation and abide by the national framework for Integrated Sexual Health Services: Integrated Sexual Health Services: A suggested national service specification (publishing.service.gov.uk)

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the Integrated Sexual Health Services market. A Request for Information (RFI) form can be obtained from the above-mentioned email address. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically by way of completing and responding to the RFI via email to nsbs.health@nhs.net by 12 noon 28th April 2023. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) reserves the right to withdraw this notice at any time. NHS SBS is not bound to accept any proposals submitted by Bidders and is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of Bidders engaging with this process. This early market engagement exercise does not guarantee that a Procurement will take place and NHS SBS reserves the right to defer from any Procurement entirely. NHS SBS intends to hold market engagement sessions during June/2023 with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting Framework.
