1.1 The Council are going out to tender to deliver a locality and community based solution to support and develop the community, voluntary and faith sector (VCSE) within the 4 localities in Walsall. 1.2 The key outcome is to allow the voice of the sector to be heard within anchor organisations both within and external to Walsall.
