THIS DPS HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN PROSPER seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply and Distribution of Materials for use by its Members and other Contracting Bodies within the North East of England, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.
