Description

Lincolnshire County Council wishes to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of a range of Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV's)for delivery to the named Partners within Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing all RCV types as detailed in the specification, including training for workshop fitters, drivers and loaders, and provision of parts for the term of the Framework Contract. The successful Supplier will also be required to liaise closely with the designated Transport Manager of each of the Partners. The following authorities may procure Vehicles utilising the Framework Agreement: Boston Borough Council, City of York Council, East Lindsey District Council, North Kesteven District Council, Scarborough Borough Council, South Holland District Council, South Kesteven District Council, West Lindsey District Council and North Yorkshire Council. In addition to the above listed Councils, this Framework Agreement will be accessible for all Local Government Authorities within North, South, East and West Yorkshire and Greater Lincolnshire, including any new Authorities formed within these boundaries during the term of the framework.

Total Quantity or Scope

This an Open procedure as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 This will be to appoint a single supplier to a framework to provide Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV's) and associated warranties for delivery to the named Partners within Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire.

Renewal Options

It is intended a similar procurement will occur prior to this contract end to establish another framework agreement without a gap in provision
