Indicators
- Contract modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
Legal Justification
Following significant increases to the FCERM programme and requirements to protect properties and Environment Agency assets from flooding, the requirements have been far greater than anticipated. A replacement framework is under development and is currently forecast to commence in Spring 2024. A 12 month extension is required to ensure continuity of service for critical requirements until a replacement Framework is in place.
