Notting Hill Genesis is looking to procure a multi supplier non-exclusive framework agreement for the provision of a Managing Agent services for various areas of Notting Hill Genesis sites, which Notting Hill Genesis and Authorized user can call upon as required by entering into a call off contract. Please note there has been a percentage uplift on the value of this contract notice in order for authorized user to be able to use the framework.

Notting Hill Genesis is looking to procure a multi supplier non-exclusive framework agreement for the provision of a Managing Agent services for various areas of Notting Hill Genesis, which Notting Hill Genesis and Authorized user (Social Housing Providers )operating in the Greater London region, the Southeast or East of England or other wider geographical countrywide can call upon as required by entering into a call off contract. Please note a uplift has been provided within the value of this notice to allow for additional authorized user, to access and have use of the framework . Additional information: Please note we have included an uplift in the value to allow for authorized user to be able to use the framework
