Description

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of the Red Kite Learning Trust, wishes to establish a framework of suppliers capable of delivering facilities management schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework will cover, soft and hard facilities management requirements. The term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from June 2023 with no option to extend. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.

1 Soft Facilities Management

To appoint a number of Service Providers, who will provide a managed service covering a range of Works types, generally related to the maintenance of a clients buildings and or wider estates.• Planned Maintenance for Buildings and Estates• Reactive Maintenance for Buildings and Estates

3 Total Facilities Management

To appoint a number of Service Providers, who will provide a fully managed service covering both a range of Works types, generally related to the maintenance of a clients buildings and or wider estates and one or more of the soft services noted above under lot 1• Combination of Lot 1 and Lot 2
