Other Information

The requirement includes providing support to licensed users according to the Department's needs, between the 1st June 2023 and 30th June 2026 (with a possible extension of up to one year). It may also include maintaining and developing the tools further. The work needs to start in June 2023 for a handover from the Department's existing supplier. The selected supplier may also be requested to assist the Department with other unsupported in-house tools, such as the National Trip End Model (NTEM), on an ad-hoc basis. Tasks may include providing expert advice on the methodology used in NTEM.
