North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire (Yorkshire and Humber) (the Contracting Authority) who are conducting Request for Information (RFI) exercises to engage with the market in order to inform the further developments of draft proposals for the future service delivery of the following planned future procurements: NHSE255 Primary Care Services - Medical and Nursing and Integrated Substance Misuse Services (SMS) NHSE936 Integrated Mental Health including Learning Disabilities and Autism (MH & LDA) Services

1 | HM Prison Full Sutton The Contracting Authority is interested to hear from providers who could deliver Primary Care Services - Medical and Nursing and Integrated Substance Misuse Services (SMS) for HM Prison Full Sutton (existing building facility). Providers will be able to select the appropriate RFI for this service that they wish to respond to. The RFIs will be available from 27 February 2023. Please note that the deadline for RFI responses is 5pm on 24 March 2023. As part of the market engagement exercise NHSE NE&Y (Y&H) may wish to clarify any points raised in their RFI responses; or the Contracting Authority may invite respondents to provider one to one session based on their RFI responses contained in their RFI(s) Response Document. If one to one sessions are to take place it is anticipated that these sessions will take place between 11 - 14 April 2023 via Microsoft Teams. The Contracting Authority is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a Request for Information (RFI) to engage with the market and to gather information in order to obtain a better understanding of both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering the proposed services. It is important to note that this PIN/RFI is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future tender opportunity once the contract notice is published on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. It should also be noted that this PIN/RFI invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this RFI exercise only, and it is NOT a pre-qualification questionnaire, and it is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. This PIN/RFI is intended as an awareness, communication, and information gathering exercise offering an opportunity for provider organisations to help inform potential future service models and/or commissioning intentions. An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in the RFI process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who express an interest in the RFI exercise.
