The Local Government Association is commissioning a piece of research to determine the nature, content and extent of compliance regimes and binding agreements which impact on different forms of English councils in the broad area of digital, data, technology and cyber security. This is to aid current work being undertaken in the sector around future compliance regimes which utilise the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
