Removal, haulage and treatment of leachate from Nether Dallachy Landfill Site.

Total Quantity or Scope

This contract is for the removal and disposal of leachate by vacuum tanker to maintain leachate levels in any cell below 1m maximum depth. Additional information: OJEU notice: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Sub-threshold (Site) notices: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal Options

Renewals/extensions will be considered at the end of the initial contract period.
